Jérôme Olive to be proposed as a Board Director and as Managing Director of Dacia

Jérôme Olive will be proposed as a Board Director of Dacia at the Annual Meeting on 26 November and as Managing Director of Dacia at the Board Meeting afterwards. He will replace François Fourmont, who is retiring at the end of the year.
