The Committee offers shareholders an opportunity to show their long-term commitment to the Group.
For Jean-Jacques Cousty, Committee member since 2007, "the role of each member of the Committee is to voice the expectations on communication of all shareholders, to relay their questions, suggestions and requests."
For Françoise de Saint Sernin, members of the Shareholders’ Consultative Committee have several missions, including "giving advice on the different communication media while taking shareholder diversity into account; increasing shareholder loyalty by providing the right tools to better understand the company; listening carefully to shareholders and informing the management team of their interests, expectations and concerns."
Since it was set up in 1996, the Committee has been consulted on and has helped to improve all Renault's financial communication resources - a source of great satisfaction to its members.
Committee recommendations have led to significant improvements in the financial information section of the website, the shareholders' newsletter, the documents convening the AGM, and the annual report.
The Committee members are full of praise for Renault's financial communication, which they want to maintain at the highest level. "The information provided is very comprehensive. Each category of shareholder can access all the information they need for complete reassurance and to manage their investments in the best possible way".
