New QM5, Renault Samsung Motors’ crossover, is a “three-in-one” vehicle boasting sedan-like vitality and comfort, MPV roominess, and SUV versatility. It is at ease in all driving conditions, in the city, out on the road, and on rough surfaces.

New QM5 was imagined by Renault, developed by Nissan and built by Renault Samsung Motors in South Korea, for a hat-trick of complementary expertise. New QM5 has a range of innovative functionalities developed by the Renault-Nissan Alliance to boost driving pleasure, including a panoramic sunroof, an electronic parking brake, SS-EPS power steering, a speed limiter and cruise control.

New QM5 features an “All-mode 4WD” function that drivers can use to adapt the transmission to their driving style and road and weather conditions. It also ships with hill start assist, hill descent control and “4WD Infotainment” that enhances the pleasure of all-terrain driving.

Through the fine tuning of the latest 2.0L dCi engine of the Renault-Nissan Alliance, the car's basic performance has been improved, in terms of fuel economy (15.1 km/L) and power (output of 173hp and torque of 36.7kg.m). 

New QM5 comes in two different versions: a 2.0L diesel engine (automatic gearbox with 6-speed manual modes) and a 2.5L gasoline engine (XTronic CVT). Four 2WD trims and three 4WD trims will be offered for the 2.0L diesel engine, and four trims for the 2.5L gasoline engine.

New QM5 offers a more confident, modern and sophisticated front view than that of the existing QM5 through the adoption of sleeker headlamps, improved design of radiator grille, new fog lamps and front bumper. Side mirrors were upgraded with high tech LED side repeaters, and new 17'' two-tone or high gloss 18'' alloy wheels emphasize the sophisticated profile of the vehicle.

Interior-wise, premium materials have been used to enhance its luxurious features and sporty, modern feeling, thanks to leather seats and refined center fascia. The instrument panel accentuates a sense of dimension and a premium, dynamic image by adopting white lightning effects.
