Renault SA is rated by five credit rating agencies (CRAs):

• three International CRAs: Moody's, Standard & Poor’s, Fitch
• two Japanese: R&I et JCR      

In December 2011, following the Group's full year results, Moody's agency maintained Renault's debt notation to Ba1, stable outlook (instead of positive).

In November 2011, Fitch maintained its notation to BB+, outlook stable.

In November 2011, Standard & Poor's maintained its long-term notation to BB+, stable outlook.

In November 2010, JCR upgraded its notation to A-, stable outlook.

In March 2009, R&I downgraded its long-term rating to BBB+, stable outlook.
