In December 2012, Moody's agency maintained Renault's debt notation to Ba1, stable outlook.

In September 2012, Fitch maintained its notation to BB+, stable outlook.

In December 2012, Standard & Poor's maintained its long-term notation to BB+, stable outlook.

In November 2010, JCR upgraded its notation to A-, stable outlook.

In March 2009, R&I downgraded its long-term rating to BBB+, stable outlook.
