Please, bear in mind that your project should be coherent with Renault CSR policy which focuses on 4 priority areas:

• Sustainable Mobility

The following criteria will be taken into account when evaluating your application:

• Feasibility of your project and clear KPIs of  its impact
• Coherence with Renault brand identity and corporate values
• Original approach to the issue

1 Registering your application via website

Your application should be made only via www.renault.com on this submitting form. A notification will be sent to you once you complete the application.

2 First assessment by the CSR team

Once your application is registered, CSR team will evaluate it. At this stage your application can be:

• Submitted to the Internal Selection Committee
• Rejected.

A notification will be sent to your e-mail address.

3 Meeting the applicants of the pre-selected projects

If your project is pre-selected, a CSR team member can contact you or organize a meeting before presenting the project to the Internal Selection Committee. This can help to assess better the feasibility and quality of the project.

4 Internal Selection Committee

Pre-selected applications are examined by Renault Internal Selection Committee, which takes place 2 or 3 times per year. At this stage, your application can be:

• Selected by the Committee
• Rejected

A notification will be sent to your e-mail address.

5 Communication on the final selection results

7 Updates on the implementation of the selected projects and its results
