EMPLOYMENT

Renault is pursuing an ambitious employment policy to renew its skills base and support international growth, while continuing to improve productivity in an increasingly competitive market.

Partnership with the education system

In France, Renault has signed a business commitment charter to promote equal opportunities in education.

The company is also continuing to invest in the vocational training of young people. Renault has also welcomed several dozen doctoral students.

Renault is developing new partnerships with schools and universities that train students in core automotive activities (design, vehicle engineering and powertrains).
