The added value generated by the 400,000 practical suggestions for improvement (PSI) implemented in 2007 extends beyond the value of these ideas alone:
- by developing a culture of initiative and creativity, the company as a whole is more receptive to change;
- by asking everybody to come up with ideas, in compliance with Renault Commitment 2009, it encourages Group-wide commitment.
When employees become active participants, they feel encouraged, listened to and valued by their manager. By playing an active role, employees directly improve their quality of life in the workplace.
Renault is gradually developing this system in all countries, at all establishments and for all personnel.
