Began her career in 1979 as an in-house consultant at the CIWLT (Compagnie des Wagons Lits & du Tourisme) Joined Renault in March 1984 where she occupied several positions in the organization and human resources departments, before moving to Nissan Europe in 2001 as Vice President of Human Resources and General Affairs. She is a member of Nissan Europe Management Committee. 
She was appointed Senior Vice President, in charge of Communications on November, 2, 2005 and became a member of the Renault Management Committee
