Joined Renault in 1973 as bodywork synthesis engineer.
He was in charge of Renault 25 (1979) and Renault 21 (1984) projects, then went on to become head of manufacturing engineering and new work at the Sandouville plant in 1986. Was named Senior Vice President, Vehicle Development Engineering in 1999. On January 2, 2008, he became Senior Vice President, Supply Chain and Logistics, an all-new Department
