Born on September 21, 1947 in Paris, France.
Graduate of the Paris Ecole Centrale and holds a degree in economics.
He started at Renault's finance department in 1974, where he held a number of positions. He went on to work at Renault Argentina prior to joining Renault Agriculture in 1986 as chief financial officer, then corporate controller. He served as Chairman and CEO of the company from 1992 to 2001. In November 2001, Bruno Morange was appointed Senior Vice President, Light Commercial Vehicles for the Renault Group and joined the Renault Management Committee.
