"I started working at Renault during my on-the-job training programme at the "Ecole du Pétrole et des Moteurs" and never left. At Renault, internships or on-the-job training often result in a full-fledged job. I wanted to work in industry and my job at Renault has been an enriching continuation to my engine studies.

I did my factory internship at the touch-up shop in Cléon (France). As I was not entirely integrated into the production flow, I had the time to get to know the workers on the team. They took the task of explaining their work to me very seriously. They are very proud of their skills and the products they make - in this case, Renault engines.

My internship in the sales network turned out to be an especially enriching experience. I was lucky to have been able to do it in Germany and I learned about many aspects of the network and how it functions. I first followed the everyday running of a large branch in Frankfurt. I also accompanied an area manager to several dealerships in the Sarre region and was able to observe the great differences between them in terms of energy levels and merchandising strategies. I also met an LCV fleet sales representative. I was made to realize the extent to which customer demands make industrial flexibility necessary.

The seminars make it possible to see things from an objective point of view and to hone one's knowledge of the company. They are also an opportunity to meet with the presenters and other participants. The "Acteurs au quotidian" seminar is fun and very enriching -working in groups with people who don't all necessarily have the same mindset as me taught me a lot.

The induction programme is a real help to us. It strengthens our feelings of belonging and our confidence in the company and its orientations. And Renault's corporate culture permeates the entire company."
