Renault wins 2005 award for Annual General Meeting

Renault has won the "Trophée d'or" in the 2005 Annual General Meeting awards. Organized jointly by the magazine "Le Revenu" and Publicis Consultants, the prize pays tribute to the top AGMs of companies listed on the CAC 40 in Paris. Companies are ranked according to five criteria: financial statements, dividends, highlights in the fiscal year, corporate governance and organization, presentation quality and shareholder dialogue.

The Mixed General Meeting on April 29, 2005

Renault held its Mixed General Meeting on second call on April 29, 2005, at 3 pm at the Palais des Congrès at Porte Maillot in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.

At the Meeting, a dividend payment to shareholders of EUR1.80 per share for fiscal year 2004 was voted. Over 28% over the 2003 dividend payment (EUR1.40 per share), it will be paid on May 13, 2005.
