FCPE Actions Renault owns 3.61 per cent of Renault SA stock at December 31, 2005. 

The supervisory board of FCPE Actions Renault, the employee stock ownership fund, has a three-fold remit: to oversee the fund's management, to set investment policy, and to examine the annual Management Discussion & Analysis before approving the annual financial statements. On a broader level, it defends the rights of unitholders and ensures that they receive a high standard of service from the fund's portfolio managers and administrators. 

Unitholders in the fund have individual voting rights.

The supervisory board comprises eleven members - including a representative of Renault's management - who are elected directly by employee-unitholders and who speak for them. Designated in May 2006 for a four-year term, the eleven are:
