FCPE Actions Renault
FCPE Actions Renault owns 3.61 per cent of Renault SA stock at December 31, 2005.
The supervisory board of FCPE Actions Renault, the employee stock ownership fund, has a three-fold remit: to oversee the fund's management, to set investment policy, and to examine the annual Management Discussion & Analysis before approving the annual financial statements. On a broader level, it defends the rights of unitholders and ensures that they receive a high standard of service from the fund's portfolio managers and administrators.
Unitholders in the fund have individual voting rights.
The supervisory board comprises eleven members - including a representative of Renault's management - who are elected directly by employee-unitholders and who speak for them. Designated in May 2006 for a four-year term, the eleven are:
| Alain Champigneux | Guyancourt | CFE-CGC | Chair |
| Jean Milteau | Renault Head Office | FO | Secretary |
| Anne Bertin-Hugault | Renault Head Office | AASR | |
| Pascale Bernabeu | Renault Head Office | AASR | |
