Workforce
Project approval was obtained for the new vehicles that will replace the vehicles currently manufactured at Batilly. The project (codenamed X62) has been allocated to the SOVAB plant. SOVAB must therefore make the preparations required by these new vehicles in terms of recruitment and training, focusing on its functions and critical skills.
Reflecting this aim, an in-depth study has been set up to identify the needs and skills pools of the various functions. The aim is to ensure that the site has the right resources and skills when the new vehicles are launched. These skills could also be used in international markets after the launch phase.
