  • Promoting health

Internal communications campaign on smoking: semi-monthly newsletter, weekly factsheet. Visits to doctors and psychologists to help employees quit smoking. Subsidies to purchase nicotine substitutes and monitoring of progress on quitting.

  • Promoting safety and good working conditions

Campaigns to promote safety and good working conditions.

- Weekly competitions between Basic Work Teams: random audit of workstations from four BWTs drawn out of a hat, with a score based on a set of criteria. The BWT with the highest score receives a prize. 
- Weekly competition on individual protective gear: random inspection of 10 workers.
