 To illustrate one of these agreements, Renault renewed for the 4th consecutive time its collective agreement in favour of the disabled for a three year period (2006-2008) and : published a new guide and triptych presenting the content of the agreement, launched a plan to educate Renault managers and employees about disablement, the new law and the new agreement, recruited more than 2 % of disabled people in the engineering and tertiary sectors of Renault sas, strengthened its partnership with the specialised system in favour of employment of the disabled, facilitated integration of young disabled recruits and supported their career mobility requests, supported long-term employment of the disabled by adapting work centres, developed an industrial training course adapted for employees with hearing and mobility impairments....
