Raising awareness about the dangers of the road is a priority, especially towards teenagers. The "Express yoursef!" operation has been created just for that matter.
The commercial "Sausage Crash Test"
Renault is the only car manufacturer to have eight cars awarded 5 stars in the Euro NCAP crash tests. To celebrate this achievement, Renault Germany produced the commercial now identified under the nickname "Sausage Crash Test".
This commercial has received the "Most Beautiful Commercial of the Year" Grand Prix during the 22th Festival International Automobile, in Paris.

"Express Yourself!"
Launched in 2004, operation "Express Yourself!" is aimed at junior high school students and their teachers. Renault distributes a teaching kit with the objective of raising awareness of the dangers of the road, road risk factors, etc., in young people. Teenagers are invited to create a poster on the subject of responsible driving behaviour.
Various countries take part to this operation. Among them: France, Austria, Turkey or Luxemburg...
After a preliminary redesign with the help of advertising professionals, the winning poster selected at the conclusion of a national final is released to the media by Renault.
